The platform covers two broad areas:

Property maintenance – day-to-day trades such as plumbers, electricians, decorators, roofers, tilers and carpenters, plus specialist services including end-of-tenancy and routine cleaning, PAT testing, fire and gas safety, waste removal, pest control, locksmiths, and grounds maintenance.

Build and renovation – fit-out and finishing trades for development projects, including groundworks, drainage, bricklaying, masonry, damp proofing, plastering, window and door installation, kitchen and bathroom fitting, joinery, flooring, tiling, and decorating.

Availability HQ is a curated platform – every trade, contractor and service provider must be personally recommended by a property or building professional before they can join. Once recommended, we verify their business certifications, insurance, and relevant accreditations. After joining, providers are rated by the property professionals who use them, so standards stay high across the network.

How much does it cost to join?

The current founding member rate is £200 per year + VAT. This applies to all trades, contractors, cleaners, and specialist service providers whether your work is maintenance-based or build and renovation. Founding member spots are limited.

Use the built-in availability calendar to mark the days you’re free over the next two weeks. Update it anytime – smart reminders will prompt you to keep it accurate.

Property professionals – letting agents, property management companies, facilities managers and property developers and renovators. All are registered and verified on the platform. You receive direct enquiries from businesses actively searching for your specific service type and location.

Yes – if you’re a contractor who needs to bring in specialist trades or services for a project, you can search the platform in the same way property professionals do.

Billing & Subscriptions

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards. Payment is only taken once your vetting has been completed and your profile is approved. Annual membership for trades, contractors and service providers is then processed securely.

Property professionals, developers, and renovators access the platform free. For paid members – trades, contractors, and service providers – memberships are non-refundable for the current year but will not auto-renew without your confirmation.

The £200/year rate is our founding member price. We will give all founding members advance notice of any future changes. Your rate will not change without your agreement.
